I LOVE those big fat jays! We only have scrawny ones out here in the east. I remember the first one I saw in Seattle and asked what it was. My friend said it was a blue jay. I told him he had lost his mind!!
What a great photo! I love that the Stellar Jays stick around for the winter. So nice to see that pop of color.
