quilt monday

Soon as I saw this pattern, I knew I had to make it.

I probably should have taken the quilt down and gotten better pictures lol.

This pattern is from Lo & Behold Stitchery and I used my current favourite colour combo.

quilted with All that Jazz

I used the same navy in the quilt as the binding.
Love how it pops.

It's such a striking quilt and
I'm already thinking of some other colour options to make another.

It really makes me happy.

Happy Monday!

quilt show fun

I was a vendor at my first ever quilt show on the weekend.

It was so much fun and I looking forward to doing it again soon!

Don't forget, the online store is open 24/7.

Have you checked it out yet?

Go shopping.

are you local to me?

Because quilt shows are back and this weekend one of our local guilds is hosting one.

And, I have a booth!

See you there?

quilt monday

 This was a fast one.

I had about 3 weeks to get this pieced, quilted and bound.

I've made this pattern a lot; it is one of my favourite fast quilts.
It is the scrappy chevron quilt by In Living Color.
You can find the pattern here.

The groom's favourite colour is blue and the bride's is bright colours so I went with this.
I absolutely adore this rose print.

quilted with Ribbon Rose

I used one of my favourite quilt pantos.
It's an older one and recently I've been using it on more quilts.
It just seems to go on everything.

I had some fun with the backing and went with this great wideback print from Madras.

And that soft pink binding.
Love it.

All these fabrics can be found online at the shop.
And most are on sale currently.
Have you checked out the site yet?

Happy Monday.

quilt monday

Another baby quilt to show today.
And this was a fun one.

I bought a FQ stack waaaaay back in 2020.
I decided to use one of my favourite patterns from the book, Happy Hour quilts.

quilted with Surf's Up

I made up all the blocks at once, then just laid them out until I was happy with the layout and  I had two quilts.

quilted with Simplicity

This was such a great FQ bundle.
The fabric selection was fabulous.

I smartly ordered some yardage in two of the prints for the borders.

And did some white flannel on the backs for both.

Possibly not the smartest choice for baby quilts lol.

Happy Monday!
