That turned into a bit of a longer break than I planned to take but I'm back and let's catch up!
This quilt.
It's the first quilt I have made from fabric from my own store.
Makes it more special to me :)
I cut this quilt out on a Wednesday night. Pieced it on a Thursday, quilted it on the Friday and finished the binding the Saturday morning before the baby shower.
I went with a very traditional quilt pattern this time.
I think it turned out super cute.
I love the simplicity.

I've finally ran out of all the bolts of flannel I had for baby quilts so I used a lovely cream plaid for the backing.
I had some leftover blocks and enough flannel so I sewed up a little runner.
I went with a simple meander for the quilting.
And I had just enough matching flannel for the backing.
And now it sits on display in the store :)
