can you hear me now?

Hellooooooooo!

So I like to take pictures. LOTS of pictures. Every vacation we take, friends are afraid at how many pictures I am bringing home with me.

I take so many pictures that I ended up filling up my hard drive. It was so bad, that I couldn't even open emails. So I finally broke down and bought an external hard drive and I am back!

And I even have a few somethings to show you!
I made this fantastic quilt for a friend of her birthday.

I liked it so much that I'm currently making another for a grad quilt.

And I have this to finish fixing.

It was a table runner from leftover granny squares blocks. The runner was so skinny it was useless. So one night while watching tv I ripped it apart. Hoping I can sneak it into the quilting rotation sooner than later.

this and that

I have gotten way too behind on my TrueNorth bee blocks so I devoted some time to get caught up.

I still have 2 other blocks to do but they won't take long thankfully.

I picked up fabric for two upcoming projects.

And we also did this

quilt monday

Just a wee little something to show today. My sewing time has been drastically decreased lately so I have been sticking to things I can finish quickly. Like these adorable bunnies.

Aren't they adorable?

I kept the quilting simple and went with a  meander. I had actually wanted to cross hatch them but just started meandering when I went to quilt.

I went with a super pale pink for the binding which I love.

Just too cute.

is there anybody out there?

 Hellooooooooooooo.
How was that for an unplanned blog break? I've been swamped behind the scenes with a renovation that took longer than expected. But don't they always?  So not a lot of sewing going on but I do have a bunch of fantastic quilts to show you.

Love this one by BettyAnn.
I actually sold her the book this pattern was in, that was how we met.
