quilt monday

I meant to post this last week and completely forgot. So that brings me to my yearly holiday warning that posts might be sporadic from not until January when school starts again.

I made this table runner for a door prize for an event. I actually made 4 different ones out of this fabric line (Evergreen by BasicGrey).

So long and skinny!

I love how the red stars just pop.
As per usual, I quilted it with my favorite table runner panto, PaisleyMax.

I love this Thimbleblossom fabric as a backing; a perfect match.

Now to finish some more Christmas gifts!

odds and ends

I finished up the next batch of TrueNorth bee blocks.

I also started addressing my Christmas cards and quickly discovered that I was short 4 cards.

But I think I have enough now.

So much for paring down the list this year lol.

rush job

I was asked to make some door prizes for an upcoming Christmas event. A quick go to is always a table runner and I was able to whip up these three in an evening of sewing and have a fourth in progress as well. And all from a single layer cake.

Sorry for the bad picture, maybe one day it will eventually stop raining here. And yes, that is more Grunge fabric you see mixed in there. Can you say addicted? lol
