Oh how cute! My little cat's very small (stunted growth due to kittenhood illness), and also antisocial as she's scared of big cats, but the identical twin of your new friend walked in one day -- and that was the only time my little cat has ever been friendly to another cat. Seems she needs a kitten of non-threatening size to play with! Best of luck with yours :)
I see you were able to coax him off the roof! Very cute kitten. I think people are dropping off kittens/cats near your mom's because they know they are getting adopted to good homes! LOL
