the Stanley Cup

made a brief appearance here yesterday. Brian Burke is part owner of our WHL hockey team so he brought it to town. Jim and i were able to sneak off to the mall to get a glimpse of it and a few pictures. it was an absolute zoo-hard to get a good picture but we got to see it and that's all that matter

good timing too. we weren't there five minutes before they packed it up and whisked it away.

i should have taken the flag off the van BEFORE the game! didn't have it on for the entire Dallas series and they won that one. the only game they've won so far i didn't have the flag up! eek! lol!!

Vancouver beats Dallas in 7 games. i'm amazed that they did! way to go #16!!!

onto another gold medal game on Friday vs Russia. seriously debating about getting up in the middle of the night to watch it lol! course with Canada's history with Russia, they should just hand us the medal now and cancel the game rofl!!!
