quilt monday

It might be the last day of February but I'm still making Valentine's Day quilts. Sure helps that I can not get enough of First Crush!

I used one of my latest favorite patterns(can be found here).

My favouritest part might be the red gingham binding.

I wasn't sure how I wanted to quilt it so I went with a free-flowing heart pattern, Clinging Vine.

I love how the fabrics stand out so nicely against each other. I was worried that some of the lighter prints would blend too much together.

I really enjoy this pattern, it goes together so quickly!

As for now, I just might have another First Crush project to finish up.
