It's the perfect reason to stay inside and bake.
Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp mint/peppermint extract
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2cup mint chocolate chips
mix ingredients well.
drop by teaspoon full on well greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
