this is one of our favorite desserts. very quick and easy to make
in an 8" square dish mix
1cup flour
1/2cup sugar
2tbsp cocoa
2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp salt
add the following
1/2cup milk
2tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
in a 2cup glass measuring cup measure
1 1/2cups boiling water
3/4cup sugar
1/4cup cocoa
stir to mix
pour over mixture in the pan. bake at 350 for 30minutes.
