We are slowly settling into a new fall routine, it's weird not having anyone in school. And it's even weirder having all the boys home doing post-secondary online.
But I have been able to find more sewing time which is always a good thing.
I've seen a HST quilt on pinterest for the longest time. And I finally decided I wanted one of my own.
I sent a picture to Erica at Studio39 and a few days later I got a package of happiness.
Soon after I had this.
That pop of mustard might be my favourite.
I've also started working with an organization here that came out of the covid shutdown; Rising Mama Collective.
I've been donating baby quilts to the new moms in the baby baskets and started three more girl quilts using the fabric line, My Unicorn. Fingers crossed I can get these finished this week!
