Sadly that is true. The weather has been pretty great lately and we've been spending lots of time outside.
Than there is this.
My sewing machine is in for servicing; another reason that I need another machine lol.
I do have a little something I am working on.
I actually sewed this blocks together almost 2 months ago and just yesterday cut them apart and ironed them up. Maybe when my machine gets back I can finish this up.

One of the best decisions I ever made was to buy two machines at once. I got a Janome 6600, and a Janome Jem (as my extra and free-arm machine). Since then, I've added a Janome 8900 which I use as my main machine. I cannot tell you how many times I've been thankful for my back-up machines! When one is being serviced, or a part is being ordered, I do not have to wait forever and a day to continue working on my project.
