more and more finishes

For whatever reason, I have been on a roll this year finish quilt after quilt. I am not so slowly working my way through my bin of kits and jelly rolls and patterns that I have bought waiting to create.

My favorite finish has got to be this quilt.

I saw this quilt a few years ago and when I was given a layer cake of batiks at Christmas; I knew it was a  perfect fit. I picked up some fabric on the weekend to make an equally fun backing.

I made myself  a heart quilt like the one I made Kristin.

I saw this table runner on Instagram, I knew I had to make one too. I did make a mistake though; the pattern called for 2inch squares, I had 2.5inch but after a little math, it worked out.

Lastly, from the one day I'll make it list lol

I made a quilt similar last year and had so many leftovers. I love this little man pattern so much; it goes together so quickly and uses a small amount of fabric.
I'm not sold on the borders; I may pull off the inner border and just go with the print. Tell me what you think.

They all look great, and congratulations on so many finishes! I've been on a roll as well, and it feels so great to finish projects, old and new. Keep it going!
Love, love the 'staches!

You have been busy! Love the heart quilt - almost Scandinavian in its simplicity. Feels good to finish up a few things, doesn't it?
