quilt monday

I made one of these quilts last summer and ended up with enough fabric to make a second one. The first quilt I used a lime green for the background; I loved the contrast it created. With the leftovers from the first quilt, I made a second one.

I love how the white background makes the colours just pop; so crisp and fresh.

I quilted it with the same pattern, dazzle. This pattern is quickly becoming a favorite.

The pattern is a free one from Moda Bake Shop and goes together very quickly.

I have a few other jelly rolls I've been saving, I just might have to make another one of these.

I saw this on Flickr and went to the bake shop to see the pattern, it doesn't look anything like the pattern. Can you explain what you did differently? cjnid AT imaxmail DOT net
