Frosted Banana Bars
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1cup ripe bananas
1 container cream cheese icing(or make your own)
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt, stir into batter.
Mix in mashed banana.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 25-35 minutes.
Allow bars to cool completely until icing.
