Quilt Monday

I love how this quilt turned out(I say that a lot don't I? lol). It's entirely from stashed fabrics which makes me extra happy. I don't remember why or when I bought the Moda marbles charm squares that I used but I was bored one day and started making some HSTs with some Kona and had some pinwheels. Of course that's when I realized I had used up all my Kona and went searching for something to use as sashings and found a pastel fossil fern fabric that I think works perfectly.

quilted with Daisies Galore
The border is leftover from the last pinwheel baby quilt that I made. What I find funny is that when I was quilting this quilt, I had a client of mine say that it was an incredibly boring and ugly quilt. Huh?? I know it's not all that exciting but boring and ugly? I don't think so.

Are you kidding me? I can't believe ANYBODY would think this was, what were the words? "Ugly and boring????" It's one of my favorites! I love the colors and the design. I just can't believe how you just whip up a beautiful quilt in no time flat! When I grow up I want to be you-Yes, I know I'm older then you ;) I wrote you back on my blog-Thanks so much for thinking about me- I am doing very well, just took a much longer summer then I probably should have, but I have no regrets. :)

No way is that quilt boring or ugly. It's beautiful. It makes me wonder what she would think is lively and interesting?

What?? Ugly and boring? I think not! Your quilt is very pretty and sweet, and looks lovely. Even better that it was made from all stash fabrics.
