it's a looooooooooong weekend!

Canadian Thanksgiving in Monday and the boys have been off school Thursday and Friday. Yesterday was spent doing errands and cleaning the house; today was a lazy day. I had plans of sewing all day but I lazed around reading most of the day and that was fine too.

What are my plans for the rest of the weekend? Besides a yummy turkey dinner and spending time with family and friends, I have these to keep me busy.

Getting my Sonnet quilt trimmed up and the borders on.

A new pumpkin table topper. This one has been sitting and waiting for 2 years for me to get too!

A triple Irish chain for a special someone.

And if I have time, I'm eying a few projects in my new favorite book.

Have a great weekend!!!!

I love visiting your blog for eye candy... the almost-finished quilt is gorgeous, and the fabrics you have for your next project are delightful. I love the way the leaves on white fabric just pops... it's gonna be a beautiful topper. :)

I'm not into crafts, sewing or quilting (GASP) but could not help but comment on that gorgeous fabric for the Irish chain quilt. LOVE it.
