Anyways, I have always found that the 12(and a half!!)inch ruler just not big enough for some projects. So than I end up using that ruler with my long 6x24inch ruler and than the fun begins with trying to keep everything straight and not end up cutting off a thumb or finger.
Than I saw a new ruler; a 20inch ruler. I got so excited; it was the answer to all my awkward cutting dreams!
Yesterday this huge package arrived. I could not for the life of me figure out WHAT was in this box.

Can you believe how big this ruler is??

It's HUGE!!
Way bigger than I had thought it would be.

You can sort of make out my black 12.5inch ruler on top of the 20inch one. Massive difference; too big of a difference!!
So today I order the 16.5inch ruler lol!

I have had that 20" ruler for about 3.5 years now. I find I don't use it very much, but I got a great deal on it, so I don't mind.
Oh, my goodness...that is huge! I don't blame ya for getting a smaller one. :o)
I have a 15 -and always seem to need 16 for a lot of the purses I make. I also have to be careful with the .5" -on my 9.5" - I have gotten "bit" a few times by the error.
I think I would actually like a ruler that big. When I am making overnight or weekender bags, I have to stack rulers next to each other for cutting the longer lengths. The 22" would be a good one for me...and maybe I should think about the 16.5" too!!
