yes its a squirrel and this is in our backyard. he's a regular visitor and wasn't impressed that i had moved the bird feeders from the tree.we had a black one as well watching this guy and when the black one tried to hang upside down, he kept falling off the hanger heehee
how long did it take for him to give up? ;)
