sun stayed out long enough for us to visit Kilby today. we had the park to ourselves almost the entire time until a bus of tourists arrived. the turkey's name is Beau-he followed us everywhere!
have to admitt Kai it was a bit unnerving having him follow us around. every once in a while he would *gobble gobble gobble* M finally asked if we could get rid of him(the turkey not M lol!) that was when a busload of seniors arrived and Beau wandered off with them

OMG - I'm terrified of birds - I would have ran for the car at the sight of that turkey! He is huge!
