OREO Ice Cream Bars
20 Oreo Cookies, chopped (about 2 cups)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 cups butter pecan ice cream, softened
1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping
1-1/2 cups thawed Whipped Topping
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
COMBINE cookie pieces and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
SPREAD ice cream carefully over crust; drizzle with caramel topping. Cover with whipped topping and nuts.
FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. Cut into bars.
Yum!! Glad I'm heading for the grocery store in a little bit!
