it's Saturday!
and i'm dreading it lol! have to race over to work (mom is enjoying the weekend at a trade show in Seattle), pick up the sitter since tonight Jim and i are going to see Rascal Flatts in Vancouver. sadly, i'm not looking forward to it lol. i have so much to do around here the idea of spending all that time going to a concert is driving me nuts rofl! i know we will have fun though. especially since we may stop at Ikea on the way.

2/3 cup cocoa
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp b.soda
1 tsp. b. powder
1 cup chocochips
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain yogurt(i use sour cream)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
mix dry ingridents and add chocochips
in another bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla, yogurt and oil. pour into dry ingridents. stir until evenly combined. don't over stir or batter will deflate.
scoop into well-greased muffin tins-they will be filled almost to the top.
cake at 425 for 15-20. let cool 5minutes and enjoy!
